Prep day

All done and ready to feed the red wigglers all
Of the scrapes.

Made 6 WW meals for myself. 
1 cup Spaghetti squash, 1/2c 365 marinara from Whole Foods, 3oz 97 % ground turkey
1 T parmigiana = 3 points.

Prpped cucumbers, onions, bell peppers, rice left over from preparing stuffed pepper for tomorrow

Here is my delicious spaghetti and never missed the pasta.

Weekly plans


Trader Joe's shopping for hubbies lunch and Dinner

5 ham with cheese and 4 chicken sandwiches, washed and dried romain lettuce in a separate bag for his sandwiches.

All of his drinks and snacks are done
Ready for the week. Containers from Walmart
Dinner was Trader Joe's veggie stir fry, wontons, cilantro chicken gyros and mandarin chicken. So good

Quick Nachos Thursday Dinner

Lunch from the garden
So good and healthy

Tortillas from Costco
Sour cream
Green chili peppers
Shredded cheese
Foil rounds
 We put them in the broiler and voila
Everyone does their own
