Dehydrating-and-sourdough



Went out to the garden to see what I could harvest for the dehydrator since I still had to put the parsley in. Why waste electricity.

My sourdough staying warm in front of the dehydrator. I'm waiting 7 hours from this mornings feed so I can try a bread machine sourdough recipe

Leftovers today (3 cheese chicken spaghetti)3 cheese chicken spaghetti with Thrive chicken It was so good and sloppy joes. Leftover Thrive chicken does not do good in the microwave, through it out.

Used a Pullman pan so it was more sandwich shaped. It's 11:30 pm so will try it tomorrow 


To busy today to pay attention to food.

First Kombucha Brew




Most peoples first brew is ready in about 7-8 days so I'm a little anxious and not quit sure of what I'm tasting to know when it is ready but pretty sure it will be ready in a couple of days.

Day #17 of my first Brew. It's almost ready for 2nd ferment. Will be try mashed strawberries. 

This chocolate is so amazing, I'm not a chocolate lover but this sugar free Lilly's is so smooth and love the little salty crunch. 

picked some parsley from the garden and will be putting it in the dehydrator .
This is spinach, beet and Fava bean leaves for a salad this week, fresh from the garden. 
Did pretty good on Smart Points today

Prep day

All done and ready to feed the red wigglers all
Of the scrapes.



Made 6 WW meals for myself. 
1 cup Spaghetti squash, 1/2c 365 marinara from Whole Foods, 3oz 97 % ground turkey
1 T parmigiana = 3 points.

Prpped cucumbers, onions, bell peppers, rice left over from preparing stuffed pepper for tomorrow
