Breakfast of champions. We just got a chick -fil-e in Granite Bay. So good and the Polynesian sauce is the bomb, not in picture.

Had 2 coupons but they only took one, they said it had to look like the picture. This Walmart is new and the managers don't know anything about Q's.

 

Took a great trip to Black Chasm Caverns off of Latrobe and HWY49 near Jackson Rancheria, Ca.

Would of gone inside and taken pictures but I'm still recouping from a broken toe. I didn't think I could handle all those steep stairs.

 

 

Busy week couponing and field trips

Took a trip to the Apple Store at the Gallaria Mall

I guess even the CHP has to shop sometime.

Wednesday took a trip to the Black chasm caverns. This one was 117 miles away and took 1hr.45min. A great trip.

On the way home I decided to stop at Rite Aid and do some couponing.

My crazy neighborhood, the house that the cops are always at ran into his baby mommas garage and she started screaming at him to get off her property, it's like a soap opera around here.

 

Garden start up

I have been fighting google since January trying to log on. I don't know if there was a virus or what but finally was able to log in.

I read on Facebook that you can make caramel sauce from sweetened condensed milk in a crock pot so I had to try it.

Put a can of sweetened condensed milk in a crock pot full of water. Remove the label first.

set it on low for 8 hrs.

I put it in 5pm and set the oven timer to go off in 8 hrs. which would be at 1:00 am. Remember to tell your family what the alarm is for because my son turned it off and I didn't find the can till 12 noon the next day.

 

of course it was burnt.

I bought some apples special for caramel sauce so I'm trying again.

 

 

Starting off slow, buying our plants. My son is getting the garden itch. Now that his finger is finally healing and doesn't have to worry about getting it wet.

Our second year with the Misty early season Blueberry. It's a little peppery so I think I will be buying another one that is sweeter.

Yesterday it was so cold it took all morning to scrap down the bus's.

Today the sun is fighting it's way through the clouds, and wound up to be beautiful.

Good and natural, not that great tasting but it was free.

During break I ran to Rite Aid and CVS. My rewards expire today so didn't want to loose it.

For Supper we had the spaghetti before I took Hubby to Kaiser for his sleep apnea test.
