I am starting to enjoy an old love, my bike. I had my first Schwin bike at 5 years old and never put it down since. My favorites were medal wheeled skates, skate boarding (shaped like a red saucer), and my precious bike that I wouldn't get of till my mom called me in when the street lights went on. I rode to High School and back, to Huntington Beach, Newport Beach. When we moved to Northern Sac at age 19 I found the American River trail. I fell in love with the area. I would put on my backpack full of food, sterno, and water. I would go down the trail and find a good spot for lunch and enjoy the senery. I would find as many places to go as I could, putting on over 30 miles on the weekend. I found a job by the American River Community College and rode my bike from The Birdcage Mall to the College.
So now I'm hoping to overcome the chore of riding my bike, to enjoying my bike.
I need to eat more for the energy, I find myself a little week from forgetting to prepare meals ahead of time.
