MY BREAKFAST WAS, yes I can finally order from the Senior menu. A long time awaiting. I thought the plate would be smaller because I fill up fast, but I still took home a doggy bag for the dogs.
Senior Scrambled Eggs & Cheddar Breakfast
Two scrambled eggs with Cheddar cheese. Served with two bacon strips, two sausage links and two buttermilk pancakes they were so good. I sub 2 more bacon instead of sausage.

Two buttermilk pancakes, a slice of grilled ham, two bacon strips, two sausage links and two eggs, plus hash browns or grits and choice of bread and ordered a large milk.

On the way home we saw a train full of snow. It made its way down from the Reno area even thou HWY 80 was closed from Applegate.
These are so pretty. I love snow but can't stand the cold.
Know on to home for chores and Roast a thon with my box of organic fruit and veggies.
